E-Commerce Operations Intern

Position Summary and Description

As an E-Commerce Operations intern, you will collaborate with our marketing, customer service, IT, and event planning teams, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of E-Commerce and E-Commerce Operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in e-commerce, marketing, and data analysis, offering opportunities to learn the business and luxury market. You'll take ownership of assigned tasks, with room to expand your responsibilities based on your performance and interests. We encourage proactive involvement in projects and the demonstration of leadership skills.

Digital / Marketing / CS

  • Assist in digital merchandising by identifying trending products and monitoring their performance using tools like Google Analytics
  • Conduct regular audits of website CTAs to ensure functionality with stock sync issues
  • Track product sellout and website traffic for new launches and identify patterns and actionable insights
  • Curate guest lists for Smart Events and clienteling through phone calls and email outreach
  • Run and create reports using Excel and Powerpoint to support business functions
  • Assistance with other projects based on monthly activations and business needs

Operations

  • Conduct research on fraudulent orders that go into validation.
  • Follow up with CS in regards to orders that go into validation.
  • Assistance with logistics to pick, pack, and ship orders
  • Order Management ensuring all orders are cleared from OMS on a daily basis
  • Processing refunds
  • Other tasks may be assigned as necessary for the business

Requirement and Skills:

  • Current enrollment in a Business-related degree program or similar
  • Proficient in basic Excel functions, more experience a plus
  • Interest or experience with data analysis
  • The ability to be a team player
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with MS office, computer software and online applications (Jira and SAP are a plus)
  • Ability to provide on average 25 hours/week in person with flexible days and scheduling
