Client Services and Scheduling Coordinator

Full-Time | Competitive Pay Based on Experience

We are a trusted water well drilling company based out of Hinesburg, VT. Our team is dedicated to providing professional water solutions, and we’re looking for a highly organized and personable Client Services and Scheduling Coordinator to join our office team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Communication: Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email. Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and schedule jobs for technicians.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain the work order board, manage the schedule book, and proactively reschedule appointments when needed. Ensure all work orders are accurate and complete.
  • Estimates and Billing: Complete lead sheets for estimates, prepare job estimates in QuickBooks, and help ensure the billing process runs smoothly.
  • Office Support: Perform data entry, file management, and general administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently. Assist field technicians with necessary job information.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and clear communication.
  • Experience with office tasks like scheduling, data entry, and file management (QuickBooks experience a plus).
  • A detail-oriented, organized, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
