Your Day to Day:

• Recruit qualified IT professionals for our Fortune 500 clients through online sourcing (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, networking events, and job postings

• Conduct daily candidate phone interviews within a fast pace environment 

• Effectively evaluate candidates’ employment history, education, technical skill set, and salary 

• Negotiate wage rates with potential candidates

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activity

• Create a positive experience for candidates by maintaining relationships and communicating regularly

• Conduct managerial reference checks and make sure resumes are formatted in a professional manner  

• Oversee interview scheduling and communicate job offers to selected candidates

• Partner with outside sales team to ensure quality candidates are presented and hired for our clients 

• Develop new ideas to attract and retain quality candidates to KellyMitchell

 

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a competitive, fast pace, results-oriented environment

• Expert communication skills complemented by self-motivation

• Great attitude, team player mentality, and drive to be successful

• High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability

• Must have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task 

• Previous sales or recruiting experience is a plus

• Bachelor's degree required
