Social Media & Communications Coordinator
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media & Communications Coordinator at Omnia Medical in Morgantown, WV. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing press releases, strategic communications, media relations, and writing tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Oversee and strategize the management of our social media accounts to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Develop innovative marketing content, including logos and promotional materials, that align with our brand identity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and field representatives to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Event Support: Create compelling content and design briefs to support conferences, tradeshows, and other promotional events.
Qualifications
- Press Releases and Writing skills
- Experience in Communication and Strategic Communications
- Media Relations skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
