Summer 2025 Consumer Prepaid Brand Marketing Internship

What You’ll Do 

Over the course of your internship, you’ll have the chance to drive many different aspects of integrated marketing. From developing the upfront strategy, to creating messaging hierarchies, to crafting briefing decks for channel creative partners, to collaborating with key internal stakeholders to build the full end-to-end coordinated campaign plan and more. Your interactions will span across Consumer Insights, Brand Strategy, Customer Acquisition, Customer Marketing, Media, Digital, Social, Search, PR, and many other key teams within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Work with cross functional partners across the LOB on the creation of quarterly strategy plans. 

Build messaging hierarchies and value props for various quarterly offers and products/services. 

Build an end-to-end Integrated Consumer Marketing Plan spanning multiple marketing support channels.  

Prepare briefing deck to be shared with channel partners across the organization. 

Pinch hit on a wide variety of Integrated Marketing projects. 

 

What It Takes 

MBA Intern preferred with background in Marketing. 

Hunger to learn and contribute. 

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.  

Out of the box thinker who enjoys leveraging consumer insights and data to tell a story. 

Comfortable giving presentations to a leadership audience. 

Ability to partner across the company and with different teams.  

Proficient using MS Office, esp. Power Point and Excel. 

 

Minimum Qualifications  

At least 18 years of age  

Legally authorized to work in the United States  

Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR  be actively enrolled in a Graduate degree program 

Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships 

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. 

 

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. 

 

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
