Project Coordinator

Calling all recent Marketing graduates who are looking for a role to learn and grow in! Our client, Cengage Learning, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team.

This is a hybrid role (Farmington Hills, MI) temporary role that has some work from home flexibility. This is a contract role starting in February 2025 running 6 months with potential for extension. 

This Project Coordinator will assist with the coordination and management of deliverables, vendor relationships, and more. This person will work closely with marketing managers to ensure projects are moving on time, get approvals, coordinate meetings internally, etc.

The Project Coordinator must have:

- 1+ years experience in a marketing OR project coordinator capacity or similar
- B2B experience ideal
- Agency experience is a plus
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
- Computer literacy and strong skills in programs such as Outlook, Skype/Slack, WebEx/Zoom, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. 
- Capacity to learn and master new technology.
