the job
As Business Developer Associate, your daily tasks will
- Respond to inquiries from clients (agencies, major events or cities/municipalities, amusement parks) and provide detailed information about the drone shows to qualify the demand.
- Build commercial proposals
- Follow tenders opportunity and built strong proposals to win
- Prospect for new clients (by attending trade shows, organizing client demonstrations, etc.)
- Work closely with the production team to assess project feasibility and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate sales contracts and finalize transactions with clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction, offer additional drone shows, and build client loyalty.
- Report on prospecting activities, client contacts, and sales on our CRM (Hubspot)
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about the latest market trends and competing products.
You will be part of the US-based team in Orlando (led by CEO) and work closely with the France-based sales team.
Your main focus will be Northern American business opportunities (USA, Mexico, Canada) but according to the load, you could be working on European or Middle East opportunities.
Ideally based in Orlando, this Job can be remote on the East Coast (ET Time Zone) but would require travels to connect with teams and clients.

We are looking for a hands-on and entrepreneur profile capable of showing autonomy in its work.
Long-lasting experience is not required for this position, but a strong capacity to learn, adapt and follow the sales process is mandatory. Knowledge of the live event industry is a plus for the role. Proficiency with sales management tools (HubSpot) will make onboarding easier.
We’re looking for a Business Developer skilled in selling complex technical projects. The ideal candidate excels at understanding client needs, providing strategic advice on project constraints, and balancing technical insight with negotiation. A "project manager" mindset with strong client-facing and negotiation skills is key.
Native English (written & spoken) is mandatory. Fluent in French is useful to link with the team and be able to help on European business opportunities.
