Resilience is a priority for Jack Henry. As such, the organization makes considerable investments into the Enterprise Resilience Office of which the Enterprise Continuity Team is a significant part. This team consists of 10 associates responsible for Emergency Management for 35 JH sites, Business Continuity for 200+ departments and IT Disaster Recovery for 180+ systems as well as management and use of the Everbridge Critical Event Management Suite. This team is deeply experienced in the resilience profession and long tenured with Jack Henry. As an intern with the JH Enterprise Continuity Team, you will engage in the full lifecycle of activities including Hazard Vulnerability Assessments, Business Impact Assessments, Plan Development and Plan Exercises as well as participating in “live” incidents should they occur. This is a rare opportunity to learn resilience broadly and deeply at a leading financial services organization.

Duration: June 2 – August 8, 2025
Location:Allen, TX or remote
Pay: $25.00/hour
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Emergency Management
- Business Continuity
- IT Disaster Recovery
What you’ll need to have:
- Enrolled at an accredited university with a graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026.
- Pursuing a degree in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Technology, Risk Management or related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the duration of the internship program (June 2- August 8, 2025).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship from Jack Henry.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Academic or working experience with familiarity with Microsoft Office tools with emphasis on Excel.
- A basic understanding of project management methodologies.
- A passion and excitement for cross-collaboration and group work.
- Any additional familiarity with emergency notification systems, data manipulation and analysis is valuable.
