Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

Opulent Horizons Enterprises is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialists to join our team. Requirements

 

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

• Proficient in computer use, including data entry and basic software applications.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting the needs of customers with professionalism.

• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills for managing customer accounts.

• A proactive approach to understanding customer needs and providing helpful solutions.
