2025 Summer Intern

The Role

Pico is looking for our 2025 Summer Interns. Immerse yourself with industry experts at the heart of the financial markets community. Responsibilities and duties: (included but not limited to) 

  • Work with cross functional teams as needed.
  • Participate in collection and preparation of data relative to the work of the department.
  • With the assistance of mentors in the team, develop features and bugfixes within or related to Redline’s core trading technologies.
  • Take an active role in daily scrum meetings.
  • Performs related duties, as required.

Education, Skills, and Background (incl. Education and Experience Requirements) 

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program within 1 year of graduation, in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience programming in C, with Python, and or Java a plus.
  • Experience with C from a previous internship, work experience, coursework and or other experience in embedded software development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent creative problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn.
  • A self-starter attitude.

Working Arrangements 

This is an in office position though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).
