Human Resources Internship

Our Human Resources Internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of our industry and get exposure to the many functions within human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, benefits, HR operations, etc. Through business-critical projects, you will gain a working understanding of our industry and develop your professional skills, all while directly contributing to company growth.  

 

The Internship Experience:

  • 12-week summer internship from May 19th 2025 to August 9th 2025
  • Professional development workshops and networking opportunities
  • Social and philanthropic activities
  • Work with a mentor to develop project plans, set goals, and receive continuous feedback
  • End of summer project presentation
  • Opportunity to earn a full-time position post-graduation

 

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
  • Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
  • Must be willing to relocate to Louisville, Kentucky for the duration of the internship
  • Must be at least 20 years of age by the start of the internship
  • Permanent authorization to work in the United States for any employer
