Location: Atlanta, GA
Travel: Up to 20%
You will be given a variety of facilities engineering related project that will grow skillsets within your program discipline and level of expertise in the Facility Management industry across Operations, Solution Development, Quality Control, and Client Engagement. In this role, you will participate in training opportunities that will enhance professional development. This role will be based in Atlanta, GA at the ABM Dunwoody office and may require travel to client locations.
Responsibilities
- An intern will work collaboratively with our teams and independently on assignments.
- This position will provide support and assistance with request in support of the ABM Performance Solutions business strategy
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by collecting and analyzing data
- Research solutions to project concerns; analyze and recommend solutions to problems
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by managers
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (any discipline), Facilities Management, Construction Management or related degree from an accredited program
- Must be a US Citizen
- The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Facility Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs including, Word, Excel, PowerPoints, Outlook, SharePoint, and Visio
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Self-starter and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field
- Minimum of a 2.75 GPA
