We are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant Intern to support our marketing and operations teams, contributing to both the strategic and day-to-day needs of the business.

Job Overview

The Executive Assistant Intern will play a key role in assisting our leadership team with marketing efforts, event logistics, and operational tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced event industry, ideal for anyone interested in learning about business management, marketing, and the entertainment sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation and scheduling for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Support the organization and execution of email marketing campaigns

• Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Assist in event logistics and coordination, including vendor communication and scheduling

• Provide on-site support at events as needed (e.g., setup, teardown, client interactions)

• Conduct market research and support competitive analysis initiatives

• Help with day-to-day administrative tasks, special projects, and operational support for the executive team

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in social media platforms and a good understanding of digital marketing strategies

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management

• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team

• Must have access to a personal laptop for the duration of the internship

• Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends for event support

• Passion for the events and entertainment industry is a plus!
