East Coast Regional Administrative Intern - Perfect Game USA

Perfect Game USA is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual for the Administrative Intern position. In this role, you will provide essential in-office support to help ensure the smooth operation of events and overall efficiency of regional management. Your responsibilities will include managing office inventory, assisting with budget reconciliation, creating and maintaining employee schedules, and providing direct support to the Regional Director.
As an Administrative Intern, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day logistics and behind-the-scenes operations of Perfect Game events. This role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage office inventory to ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
- Assist in reconciling budgets, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Create, build, and maintain employee schedules for event staffing.
- Provide general administrative support to the Regional Director.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during busy event seasons.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive college credit.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other office software.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior administrative or office experience is a plus.
Interview Process:
The first step in the interview process involves a behavioral screening session, where candidates will be asked to record themselves responding to specific questions selected by the hiring team.
