Ticket Sales and Marketing Intern

Playhouse Square is looking for an outgoing and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to take on our challenging and exciting position of Ticket Sales and Marketing Intern.

Part-Time: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.
2. Assist the Ticket Sales and Service Special Projects Manager with the coordination and execution of various audience growth and retention events.
3. Assist with mailings, emails, and calls that are directly related to any special promotions within the Ticket Sales and Services division.
4. Maintain the Ticket Sales and Service presence on the Playhouse Square website.
5. Assist with data collection and interpretation relating to audience growth initiatives.
6. Coordinate the design, printing, and/or production of promotional merchandise.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Knowledge of current PC hardware and software, including Microsoft Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
3. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
4. Outgoing, people oriented person, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
5. Declared major in Communications and/or Marketing.
6. Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted.
