HRIS Analyst

*** 2 - 3 month contract

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes for both hourly and salary employees.
• Familiarity with FMLA, 401(k), and garnishment regulations.
• Experience with corrective actions and employee relations.
• Proficiency in UKG software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
