The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) seeks a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Air Permit Writer in the Valley Regional Office.

Air Permit Writers play an essential role in protecting public health and the environment by ensuring that air pollution sources in Virginia are properly evaluated and permitted in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
