Tax/Public Accounting Internship

We are a growing boutique CPA firm located in Manhattan with a diverse industry practice that specializes in tax advisory and compliance work for high net worth individuals and their businesses. We are seeking year-round interns who are working toward Masters in Taxation degrees to work 2-3 days per week and possibly more during busy season (March to April 15th). We will work with students to build a schedule that fits with class meeting times. Applicants must be self-starters with exceptional communication skills. This internship may lead to an offer for a full time position with the firm.

Knowledge of tax and accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of Individual, Fiduciary, Corporate and Partnership tax returns
• Tax research and planning
• Working directly with firm partners, senior staff, and junior staff
