Summer Student-Client Experience
Getting to Know the Opportunity:
Voya Investment Management is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Client Experience (CX) team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enhancing client engagement and improving the overall client experience. The intern will work on various projects and initiatives run by the CX team, learn about Continuous Improvement, and collaborate across different business units to identify opportunities for enhancing our clients' experience. Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager.
The Contributions You'll Make:
· Assist in the execution of projects and initiatives led by the CX team.
· Learn and apply Continuous Improvement methodologies to improve processes and client interactions.
· Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement opportunities for enhancing the client experience.
· Support the development and maintenance of client engagement strategies.
· Participate in meetings and provide insights on client experience improvements.
· Conduct research and analysis to support CX initiatives.
· Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
· Other duties as assigned
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
· Passion for understanding client needs and for exploring challenges and opportunities from the client viewpoint. Strong interest in client experience and continuous improvement.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Location: New York or Remote
