Summer Student-Business Management

Getting to Know the Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic summer intern to join our Business Management & Integration team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience across a range of business management topics. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all functions within Client Operations, learn about the asset management industry, and contribute to initiatives that support the COO organization. Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager.

The Contributions You'll Make:

Assist in the execution of Client Operations priorities and initiatives.

Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.

Conduct research and analysis to support data-related initiatives focused on historical data capture, trend analysis, etc.

Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

Passion for understanding and exploring challenges and opportunities from a client experience standpoint (both internal and external).

Strong interest in data and continuous improvement.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and BI visualization tools.
