Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement Intern Summer 2025

Internship Overview 

The Operations team supports all departments, projects, and functions of the company. Therefore, you will learn all aspects of the organization. BlackPearl’s 10-week internship program for 2025 is from May 27th to August 8th and will be on-site. You will work closely with software and electrical interns on a group project. As the Operation’s Intern, you will also complete an individual project assigned to you upon hire. The Operations training program will consist of weekly agenda topics you will be introduced to. You will collaborate with the Operations team on achieving business objectives and meeting deadlines. BlackPearl Technology is a fast-paced environment, so the right candidate will be able to work under pressure, multitask, and be able to work with people of different skill sets/levels. The Operations Intern must be highly motivated and a self-starter. 

Qualifications: 

·        Enrolled in an accredited college or university 

·        Must have Sophomore level business curriculum completed 

·        Achieving a degree in Business with a focus on management, manufacturing, operations  

or similar 

·        Ability to work 32-40 hours per work week, day-to-day hours flexible 

·        Recommended GPA: 3.0 

·        The ability to maintain strict confidentiality; must sign an agreement 

Essential Functions 

·       Assisting in projects and/ or other departments, as needed 

·       Support with product testing and manufacturing 

·       Fulfilling customer orders/ requests 

·       Assisting with Bill of Materials (BOM) management and parts tracking 

·       Records retention and maintenance 

·       Preparing orders for procurement 

·       Updating inventory, as needed 

·       Observe and participate in business operations and decision-making 

·       Quality Assurance 

·      Supply Chain & Logistics
