Sales Trainee - Multiple Locations

The Sales in Training Program is a program designed to develop future Sales leaders within SRS Distribution/Heritage. Through on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives, trainees build a strong foundation for a successful Sales career in the industry.

  • Driven and passionate to excel in a fast-paced sales role.
  • Ready to kick-start a successful sales career as either a Territory Manager or Inside Sales Representative.
  • Possessing a strong desire to build a long-term career in sales and business development.
  • Willingness to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States. 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong work ethic.
  • Proven history of success in roles involving responsibility and accountability; experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service is valued.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed in computer skills, with strong capabilities in strategic thinking, organization, and time management.

SIT Program Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors. A degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, is preferred.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2 plus years of related sales or customer service work experience is required.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

SIT positions are available at our office-based branch locations in the following states: South Carolina, Texas, Georgia, Colorado, Nevada, Kentucky, and California, with additional locations to be released soon.

This position offers a standardized base pay of $25.50 per hour. SRS/Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary. For further information, please consult with our Talent Acquisition Partner or Hiring Leader.
