The Entry-Level Administrative Assistant role will provide support for the Inside Sales Center reporting directly to our Administrative Manager. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn and grow in the workplace. There are Full Time hours available.
We are looking for someone who brings positive energy, has weekend flexibility, and is adaptable based on business needs.
This position reports to our Northborough, MA Office
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Data Entry
- Verifying accuracy of data and working reports
- Managing multiple shared mailboxes
- Front desk, maintaining a professional demeanor
- Office supply replenishing
- Communicating with all departments in our call center to determine needs
- Coordinate meetings and help with any projects as needed
WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON
- Must have experience with Outlook and Microsoft Products, reporting, formulas, and data integrity
- Must be detail oriented
