Brand Ambassador Internship
Who We Are: Team Car Wash is the largest car wash in NJ, with 12 locations and expanding. Our goal is to become the go-to car wash for all NJ residents. Joining our team offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the company's growth while leveraging our extensive resources and locations. You'll have the chance to make a real impact, all while developing valuable interpersonal and marketing skills in a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment.
Who You Are: You are passionate about being a brand ambassador for the company, whether it’s spreading the word about Team Car Wash across our unique locations or leading our sponsorships to create new initiatives. You thrive on getting involved with the community, creating impactful social media campaigns, and collaborating with local influencers to drive engagement. You're motivated by building meaningful connections and enjoy the opportunity to promote causes and businesses through creative, community- focused marketing strategies. Your goal is to ensure that every NJ resident knows about Team Car Wash and its offerings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Rutgers Athletics Brand Ambassador (attend games, create content, NIL deals)
- Engage Business and Nonprofit Partnerships
- Get Involved with Local Community Events
- Create Engaging Social Media Campaigns
- Distribute free Team Car Wash products throughout towns/neighborhoods
- Collaborate with Local Influencers (Jersey Joe, Garden State Podcast)
*This is a paid spring internship that is also eligible for Rutgers University course credit (15-25 hours weekly)
