Business Development & Client Relations Intern

As we continue to expand, we are eager to welcome an intern to our Business Development & Client Relations team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in expanding our reach within the commercial and residential sectors, a crucial part of driving our business forward while building valuable partnerships and enhancing client relations.

Internship Summary:

The Business Development & Client Relations Intern will be involved in identifying new business opportunities, supporting the development of long-term relationships with key clients, and assisting in the satisfaction of our partners across all projects. This role is suited for a strategic thinker with a knack for negotiation and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in both commercial and residential sectors. Support the development and execution of strategies to expand DorianBahr's market presence.
Client Relations Assistance: Help build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Support the main point of contact and manage various aspects of the client business partnership.
Project Coordination Help: Work closely with the DorianBahr design and project management teams to ensure that client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
Market Analysis: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Provide insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
Networking: Participate in industry events and functions to promote DorianBahr and foster relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
Internship Requirements:

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience: Interest or minor experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably within the design, architecture, or related industry.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualities: Highly motivated, eager to learn, with meticulous attention to detail, and a desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
