Landscape Designer/Sales
*Overview* We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape architecture and design, with the ability to transform outdoor spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. This role requires proficiency in various design software and a solid understanding of horticulture, hardscape elements, and project management.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop innovative landscape designs that meet client specifications and enhance outdoor spaces.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD and Dynascape to create detailed plans and illustrations.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate conditions and determine the best design solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Prepare construction documents and specifications for project implementation.
- Estimate project costs accurately through construction estimating practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of design services.
- Integrate sustainable practices into designs by considering local ecosystems and environmental impact. - Utilize GIS and ArcGIS tools for site analysis and planning purposes.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
*Requirements*
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field is preferred (currently enrolled is acceptable as well)
- Proficiency in design software including Dynascape is essential.
- Experience in construction estimating and project management is highly desirable.
- Strong illustration skills to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
- Knowledge of hardscape materials and techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
- A passion for landscape design with an understanding of horticultural principles is beneficial.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
