Entry Level Inside Sales Representative Intern

Position

11 Compliance Consulting is seeking an Entry Level Inside Sales Representative Intern to join our rapidly growing team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting the CEO and management team with email and outbound calling outreach. Responsible for follow-up with existing and prospective clients. Researching events and contract opportunities. Maintaining and updating website and LinkedIn content. This is a part time position and on-site at our Swansea MA location.

Position Responsibilities

  • Searching government, state, county, and city sites for contract opportunities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods
  • Proactively conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce 11 Compliance Consulting
  • Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and drive sales conversions.
  • Following up with previous clients and event leads
  • Performs follow-up to ensure timely response to customers’ communications
  • Schedule qualified initial discovery calls for Sales team
  • Finding and Securing Events to present at
  • Under direction, updating LinkedIn, Website, and email communication to customers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights, customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance our sales processes.
  • Writing blogs for Website and LinkedIn
  • Other work as directed
  • Provide support in the development of internal Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Job Aids.

  • Proficient with standard MS office programs
  • An outgoing, people person.

  • Previous experience in sales is a plus but is not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
