Training Video Production Intern
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Training Video Production Intern to support our manufacturing plant by developing high-quality video content for training purposes. This role will work closely with the operations team to capture footage of specific machine processes, create scripts, record voiceovers, and edit videos to be uploaded to our training library. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about corrugated converting and manufacturing processes while playing a key role in building our video training resources. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Filming and Production: Film and capture video footage of specific areas and processes for each machine used in the manufacturing plant in an ENG format.
- Collaboration with Operations Team: Work closely with the operations team to understand processes, create scripts and story boards, and schedule voiceover recordings to ensure content accuracy and clarity.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into cohesive training videos, including adding graphics, text overlays, voiceovers, and any other necessary production elements.
- Content Management: Upload and organize finalized videos into the company’s training library, ensuring content is easy to access and well-documented.
- Voiceover Coordination: Schedule and assist with recording voiceovers for training videos, ensuring clear communication of instructions.
- Ongoing Content Development: Assist in the establishment and expansion of the company’s training video library, including identifying opportunities for new training content.
- Process Learning: Gain hands-on exposure to the corrugated converting and manufacturing processes, deepening knowledge of equipment and operations.
- Bilingual Support: Provide support in translating content or ensuring accuracy of bilingual (English and Spanish) training materials (if bilingual).
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in video production, film, communications, media studies, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video production tools and software, including camera operation, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), and audio recording equipment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to create clear, instructional content. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accurate representation of processes and information, with strong attention to detail in video editing and script creation.
Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce engaging and visually compelling training videos while conveying complex processes in a simple and clear manner.

- Interest in Manufacturing: Willingness to learn about manufacturing operations, machinery, and processes in a corrugated environment.
