Job Responsibilities:
As a co-op, you will be mentored by the Content Strategy team to develop structured technical content that communicates complex technical information clearly.
- Author and develop structured content in the Component Content Management System (CCMS).
- Utilize the company’s content creation tools and established style and process guides to ensure content consistency and a corporate voice.
- Adhere to all content development procedures and process guides for developing content.
- Assist with process development and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and convey technical information clearly.
- Effective research, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Basic project management skills to help prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidate must have reliable means of transportation.
