Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist product managers in conducting market research and analysis of new products, participate in product roadmaps design, and formulate product development plans;
2. Pay attention to the development of industry trends domestic and abroad, collect and analyze needs, and assist in regular maintenance and updating of product roadmaps;
3. Assist product managers in new product project establishment, write product business plans and product requirements specifications;
4. Analyze product data and user data, participate in user research and user feedback analysis, explore user pain points, and continuously improve product user experience;
5. Connect with users, assist in handling technical and service support issues for global users, collect problem feedback, and continuously maintain demand pool management.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with LED related products, and market research experience is preferred;
2. Have keen market insight and demand collection and analysis capabilities, focus on user experience, and be able to think about problems from the user's perspective;
3. Spoken English and Chinese can be used as working languages. The work location is in Shenzhen, China, and be able to accept short-term business trips.

Salary: 10,000-20,000 RMB/Month
