Role Overview
As our Affiliate & Brand Partnerships Specialist, you'll lead the development and execution of partnership strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive measurable results. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at relationship building.
Work Location & Travel
- Fully remote or hybrid work arrangement available
- Periodic travel required for:
- Team meetings at our Charlotte, VT office
- On-site client meetings
- Industry conferences and company events
- Must reside in VT, NH, MA, or CT
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy & Development
- Identify and secure strategic brand partnership opportunities
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor partnerships, and industry developments
- Monitor and stay current with industry trends to ensure program competitiveness
- Develop and present partnership strategies aligned with client objectives
- Affiliate Program Management
- Create and maintain partner agreements, terms, and conditions, and ensure compliance
- Assist with program-related administrative tasks, including invoice management and budget tracking
- Develop promotional strategies and incentives to motivate affiliates
- Collaborate with communication teams to develop affiliate-specific marketing materials, including landing pages, banners, and email templates
- Design and manage comprehensive affiliate marketing programs
- Recruit and onboard high-performing affiliates
- Establish commission structures and performance metrics
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimizations
- Provide partners with necessary tools and content for successful promotion
- Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Develop compelling content strategies within the PR framework
- Relationship Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for partners and affiliates
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage contract negotiations and partnership agreements
- Lead regular partner performance reviews and strategy sessions
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office
- Experience with Monday.com project management platform
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact.com, Commission Junction, Rakuten)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting platforms
- Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices
- PXA Certification preferred but not required
- Experience managing promotional calendars and campaign timelines
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth through affiliate partnerships
- Experience with influencer marketing programs
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful brand partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and optimization
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Portfolio Requirements
Candidates should be prepared to share:
- Case studies of successful partnership campaigns (with metrics when possible)
- Examples of affiliate program management and growth
- Samples of partnership pitch decks or presentations
- Analytics reports showing campaign performance
- Creative briefs or partnership strategy documents
