Part-Time After-School Teacher

At Champions Before and After School Programs, we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's growth and development. We are currently seeking  passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time After-School Teachers to join our team at Kilgour Elementary in Cincinnati, OH and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Join today and you could qualify for a $350 Sign on ( paid after 30 days) and a $750 Retention Bonus (paid after your first 100 days)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist students with homework assignments.
  • Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and games.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Encourage students to develop essential study skills.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about students' progress.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
  • Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or childcare is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Basic knowledge of child development and educational best practices.
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet all state licensing requirements.

Schedule:

  • Part-time position, typically from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.
