Learning and Development Supervisor

The Learning and Development Supervisor creates and implements training programs and oversees staff development for the Residential Division. This position assesses developmental needs, drives training initiatives, and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions and development opportunities in support of positive outcomes for youth.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

     * BA Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Education, Business or other related degree

     * Familiarity with instructional design and development principles and possesses experience with creating and administering e-learning and instructor led training content and programs.

     * 5+ years of relevant experience desired.

     * Proficient in MS Office, especially Work and PowerPoint.

     * Meets all state required conditions of employment; i.e. fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report)
