Associate Account Manager

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a dedicated and personable Associate Account Manager their growing KMRD team in their Warrington, PA office.

Mission:

The Associate Account Manager is an entry-level position that is responsible for providing exceptional services that are impactful to our clients. This is a collaborative, client facing role that provides the opportunity to further develop your knowledge on the industry and gain your PA Property & Casualty License.

Job Summary:

Our Associate Account Managers and Account Managers are responsible for the daily needs of our clients and work closely with our “Risk Managers” in implementing and monitoring KMRD’s Service Plan. Therefore, this is a key person that is responsible for executing what we commit to in the sales process and act as our clients “outsourced risk manager”.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Submissions (Once Licensed)
  • Negotiating Price and Coverage Details with Underwriters (Once Licensed)
  • Prepare Draft Proposals for the Risk Manager
  • Invoicing
  • Negotiate Premium Financing for Clients
  • Review Policies and Endorsements
  • Process Requested Changes in Coverage (Once Licensed)
  • Ensure KMRD’s Service Plans are delivered timely and effectively
  • Issue Certificate of Insurance
  • Issue Auto ID Cards
  • Assist with Contract Reviews
  • Perform Experience Mod Projections / Reviews
  • Provide Bid and Accrual Support
  • Prepare Loss Sensitive Adjustment Projections and Reviews
  • Review Audits
  • Assist in the Coordination of Loss Control and Claims Support

Qualifications:

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or Equivalent Job Experience
  • Willingness to study for and pass PA Property & Casualty License Exam
