COMMERCIAL SALES
Full Time Sales Support coordinator – La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip, Inc. offers a variety of fuel options to business fleet customers including diesel, compressed natural gas (CNG), unleaded, and other fuels. Client Executives are responsible for maintaining client accounts by building and maintaining positive relationships with their assigned accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide day-to-day support of their fuel accounts to meet these needs
- Manage accounts in an internal database and sales management software, and work directly with a third-party partner to assist in some customer service requests
- Ensure company obligations to the client are met
- Demonstrate and communicate the value our product offerings can add to new and potential businesses
- Assist sales reps by identifying and communicating potential opportunities and risks related to existing accounts
- Proactively solicit, respond to, and resolve any client claims, concerns and questions in a professional and timely manner
- Provide client training and education on fuel card-related products and services
- Any other tasks needed to ensure good customer / client relations are maintained
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to find success in a changing environment
- Proven level of exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to represent and promote Kwik Trip, Inc. in a professional manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate self-initiative
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and sales management software
- Knowledge / experience with the transportation / fleet / trucking and/or fuel industries is a plus
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Work Schedule: This is an hourly position, Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
