E-Commerce Analyst Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Analyst Manager to join our team at Rubber-Cal.  The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, has a keen eye for detail, and the ability to learn a large amount of product information and technical data.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing management of product assortment within categories: adding and removing styles and related imagery, updating site creative, and general auditing.
  • Analyze site metrics including engagement, item selling, and other related data to identify opportunities to drive conversion rate.
  • Update weekly/monthly selling report.
  • Monitor product sales and manage inventory levels, including reorder need.
  • Create sales reports and performance reports to management Production 50% of the role.
  • Continuously review website information to ensure that all information is current, accurate, and relevant.
  • Execute and maintain accuracy within assigned categories including correct product categorization, attribution, cross sells, PLP merchandising, product removal, and link management.
  • Coordinates and uploads web content to refresh home pages and collection pages/curated shops.
  • Assist with A/B testing setup and execution.
  • Create, update, and optimize listings such as title, detailed description, images, prices, product specifications to accelerate product sales.
  • Evaluate site search sorting rules and categorization strategies to facilitate an efficient site search experience to improve conversion.
  • Analyze and update site search queries and update with relevant SKU offerings to improve customer experience and increase search engagement and performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to commute to our Company headquarters located in Fountain Valley, California.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
