Sales Representative

JOB OPPORTUNITY IN OXFORD:

We are hiring full time positions at Magnolia Lighting in Oxford!

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Oxford team!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Working with customers with their Lighting Design
• Help Maintain Showroom Displays
• Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Door-to-door or in-person sales experience (NOT REQUIRED - If you're coachable, we'll teach you!)
• Collaborate with the sales team in the office to achieve sales goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
