Reports To: Student Services Director

Lenawee Christian Ministries provides a Christ-centered education, spiritual development, and wellness services to the Lenawee County community, centered around Jesus Christ.
Position Summary:
The Registrar is generally responsible for the documentation, management, and service of student records. This position also supports the overall responsibilities of the Student Services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering students and managing student information
- Maintaining permanent physical and computerized records including student cumulative folders, progress and failure reports, class rosters, schedule changes, and report cards
- Process new student records including requesting transcripts and records from other schools, setting up cumulative folders, and entering student data into appropriate databases
- Coordinate grading process, including processing of semester grades, verification and correction of grades, and printing and distribution of report cards
- Process and transmit requests for student information, including transcripts for colleges and universities
- Calculate grade point averages, class rank, and prepare honor rolls
- Assist counselors with the enrollment, withdrawals, and transfer of students and process applicable records
- Assist campus administration and counselors with the preparation of reports and student date information
- Prepare and distribute student identification cards, bus passes, and parking stickers
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of all graduate materials, including caps, gowns, and diplomas
- Schedule college visits to the LCS campus
- Manage work permits for all 14–17-year-old students
- Oversee Teacher Awards program
- Assist Testing Coordinator as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Christian Faith:
- Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life.
- Educational Background/Experience:
- High School diploma is required; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite), critical thinking ability, task and time management, and the ability to meet deadlines are critical
- 3-5 years of related experience is required
