Receptionist and Sales Support

Receptionist and Sales Support

  • Greet Clients and direct them to the showroom
  • Answer phones and distribute calls accordingly
  • Distribute sales calls and walk-in leads
  • Keep Lobby and sales office tidy
  • Update the call sheet as needed 
  • Create tags for showroom pieces 

 

Sales Support:

  • Using QuickBooks to Create: Estimates

                                                             Invoices

                                                             Purchase Orders

  • Make Installer Paperwork
  • Set up Shipments (UPS/ FedEx/ Courier)
  • Process Credit card payments
