Marketing Creative Intern

What's Ya Vibe? is looking for a passionate, self-starting Marketing Creative Intern to join our vibrant arts organization. We’re a Black-owned, woman-owned business dedicated to empowering BIPOC youth as they pursue their career goals. As a community-led collective, we put people first and uplift creativity, inclusivity, and growth in everything we do. Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to broaden What's Ya Vibe?'s outreach and build our brand identity.
• Support in building our B2B marketing approach, exploring partnerships that align with our community values.
• Contribute to expanding our marketing efforts on a larger scale by creating compelling content, engaging storytelling, and thoughtful community engagement strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, audiences, and creative approaches to engage and inspire.
• Take initiative on projects, bringing fresh ideas to the table and owning tasks from concept to completion.
