Social Media Manager - Marketini

About the Role

Marketini is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of multiple brand accounts across our growing client portfolio. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content management, working directly with our content creation team to develop and execute engaging social campaigns. Reporting to our Creative Director and Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape and drive social strategy across diverse industries and platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple social media accounts across Meta platforms, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
  • Develop and maintain strategic content calendars that align with brand goals
  • Create and schedule compelling social media content while maintaining brand voice
  • Coordinate with content creators to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables
  • Handle community management across all platforms (comments, DMs, engagement)
  • Write engaging captions and copy for various platforms
  • Monitor and optimize content performance through analytics
  • Lead regular reporting meetings to discuss performance and growth opportunities
  • Execute real-time content adjustments and crisis management when needed
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer relationships

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of professional social media management experience
  • Proven track record of growing and managing multiple social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Experience with content calendar development and management
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling and publishing tools
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience with influencer marketing and relationship management
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and make real-time content decisions
