Paraplanner
Altmeyer Financial Group is seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to support our financial advisors by handling the technical aspects of financial planning and ensuring seamless client service. This role involves preparing financial plans, assisting with new and existing business, and conducting research to help advisors deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in filling out applications and forms for new and existing business, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to client and prospect inquiries professionally and promptly, addressing questions on account statuses or financial plans.
- Support advisors by organizing and tracking tasks, ensuring that all client requests and follow-ups are completed on time.
- Maintain and update client files with precision, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle checks, transactions, and related documentation with care and compliance.
- Assist with administrative duties such as file creation and preparing for client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial planning or related fields preferred.
- Bachelors degree is encouraged.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
