We are looking for an intern in one of the above locations to learn more about working with a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company. This is a great opportunity to gain quality supervision from a Senior Behavior Analyst or directly from our Clinical Director, while learning what goes into a quality ABA program across settings, and behind the scenes. The successful candidate will provide direct services under the supervision of a BCBA or Senior Behavior Analyst, assist with training, and review session notes and other clinical documents as part of quality review processes.
This is a paid internship, with quality supervision from a dedicated and experienced team, and the potential opportunity to continue your professional development in other roles. This position is geared towards students actively pursuing BCBA certification through coursework and fieldwork and/or eligible to begin fieldwork.
Duties
- Travel to clients’ homes, schools, or other community settings and implement treatment plans provided by clinical supervisors
- Complete and provide feedback on client-specific assessments & behavior support plans
- Participate in training sessions either in-person or virtually with an opportunity to develop and present internal trainings
- Work alongside an assigned supervisor on quality review processes
- Implement client specific programming across an assigned caseload
- Document therapy sessions in the electronic health record system
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s degree program that can lead to certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Live within commuting proximity to one of the locations listed at the top of this posting
- At least one year experience working with children or teens
- Reliable, punctual, and organized; strong work ethic
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- No sanctions of disciplinary actions taken against one’s license/certification, if any
- No Medicaid sanctions or be excluded from Federally funded programs
- Must pass all clearances, including PA child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprinting, PA criminal record check, Federal criminal record check, county criminal record check, sex offender, PA driver’s license check
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or provide a documented exemption that meets our policy
- Optional: Additional language skills in any language (Spanish, ASL, Chinese-Mandarin, Arabic & others)
