2025 Summer Hospitality Intern

 

National Corporate Housing is actively seeking a Management Summer Intern with a primary focus on customer service, vendor management, and office administration. We are a dynamic and driven company, and we're in search of a student who possesses a unique blend of leadership skills, initiative, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This internship offers an opportunity to learn the intricacies of facilitating perfect guest move-ins, nurturing vendor relationships, and addressing various customer service challenges in preparation for our Leadership Development Program upon graduation.

 

National Corporate Housing is a multi-brand, global leader in providing temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations. National is one of the largest providers of temporary housing around the globe.

 

Key things you’ll learn:

  •  The basics of our general manager role.
  • A keen management of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, key performance indicators.
  • What impacts a markets’ success and year-round profitability.
  • An understanding of all market level positions including but not limited to: Apartment Setup Coordinator, Guest Experience Coordinator, Account Manager, and Business Development Representative.
  • How to model exceptional customer service as the backbone of our operations, to maintain a 95% rating for guest experience scores.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to facilitate perfect move-in experiences.
  • Maintain inventory essential for daily duties. Offices that have warehouses may require housewares inventory processing.
  • Meet with property managers, inspect potential unit inventory, and create media for property specific move-in instructions.
  • Work with sales representatives to keep account activities current.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns or problems.
  • Advocate for customer needs through consistent follow-up with market issues and addressing property managers’ needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate specializing in hospitality management or business administration
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of comfort working with clients
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to learn the corporate housing industry

Compensation: $20.00/hr
