Enterprise Solutions Internship

  1. DESCRIPTION:

The Enterprise Solutions Internship reports to the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions and will be responsible for Sales research specifically providing “white space reports” for our top commercial real estate clients and targeted prospects. This is an intern position that will require direct supervision and mentoring from the Vice President and his Director of Sales.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

:

  • Create and maintain project files and folders to inventory and organize project data.
  • Working with the Director of Sales—Commercial Real Estate—research and produce reports related to where we currently do business with each targeted Real Estate client using our analysts JDE reports and cross reference that with CoStar Real Estate data and that which is found on target account web sites to identify white space by service line for each building/city/region
  • Create opportunity white space reports for targeted prospective Real Estate companies in the same manner as those for clients
  • Import/transpose data into Saleforce using the “my portfolio” tool.

 

EDUCATION:

 

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering (BE, BS) construction, real estate or Facility Management  related degree program required.” IFMA accredited degree program preferred.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (oral & written).
  • Possess strong organizational and computer skills, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to work in the Facility Management field upon completion of degree

 

LOCATION:

Hybrid, Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX preferred; Other Cities possible based on candidate qualifications
