Content Management Intern
The Content Management Intern reports to the Content Management, Lead and will be responsible for assisting in the life cycle of library documents by working with Subject Matter Experts, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to verify and update content. Projects will be performed in our Proposal Automation Tool, Qvidian and Microsoft Office Suite. This is an intern position that will require direct supervision and mentoring from leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Triage for Feedback and Submitted content
- Apply updates to files as requested
- Create reports and maintain list or SME’s, Content ID’s
- Assist with Proposals and Presentations as needed
- Assist with Sales Enablement projects as needed
- Research on trends, market analysis, and client information
Current enrollment in an undergraduate English, marketing, journalism, business administration, or writing-related degree program is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (oral & written).
- Possess strong organizational and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
