Marketing Intern

Overview of the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern (or temp) to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in marketing while contributing to meaningful projects. The position will involve a variety of research, digital and administrative tasks to support our marketing initiatives and overall organizational goals.

**We are hoping for a commitment of a minimum 10-15 hours per week.  Pay is $17 per hour.**  Hybrid:  Onsite with some remote days. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and digital marketing practices preferred.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  1. HubSpot Contact List Segmentation
  • Task: Utilize email addresses in HubSpot to link and identify state locations
  1. Research for New Email Addresses
  • Task: Conduct research to find email addresses for relevant agencies in Texas
  • Task: Conduct research to find email addresses for agencies in Rhode Island
  1. Postcard Distribution
  • Task: Hand-address postcards to hospital recipients
  1. Build LinkedIn Audience
  • Task: Develop and expand our LinkedIn audience to increase engagement
  1. Marketing Analysis Research
  • Task: Conduct research for marketing analysis to better understand industry trends and audience engagement
  1. Keyword Search
  • Task: Assist with keyword planning to enhance our digital marketing efforts
  1. Help Execute ACHCU Email promotions
  2. ACHCU Webinar Lists Cleanup
  • Task: Clean up past ACHCU webinar lists to include state and accreditor information (tasks distributed as follows):
  1. Launch Social Campaigns
