Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
You will conduct detailed data analysis and create advanced reports to support decision-making. Identify trends and patterns in data and support the implementation of solutions. Collaborate with different teams to understand and deliver on their data needs. Contribute to process improvement efforts within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, produce, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly reports measuring, monitoring, and alerting the business regarding unforeseen shifts in the performance
- Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to achieve business objectives
- Maintain data files and input values into various reports in an efficient manner
- Identify and recommend automation and solutions while working through projects
- Intermediate level of knowledge of departmental processes and dynamics, along with basic understanding of cross-functional processes and procedures
- Provide estimates to complete ad hoc data, dashboard, or analytics work, deliver according to commitments
- Understand, interpret, analyze, and visually represent data in various forms as necessary
- Identify use cases, testing scenarios and workflow changes
- Evaluate business needs and objectives to guarantee reports include all relevant data
- Assist with analysis and improvement of current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Propose solutions for business decisions using key findings and visuals whenever necessary
- Quickly adjust to real-time changes while maintaining a can-do attitude
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Leverage internal and external partnerships to complete tasks
- Ability to deliver formal presentations up to Senior Managers; Ability to effectively communicate, share information, and influence up to Head Of/Director Level
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the integrity of work
- Meets performance metric expectations and produces quantifiable results
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BS in a quantitative field such as statistics, data science, or business analytics or 1+ years of experience in data analytics
Skills and Qualifications:
- High level of computer expertise, including office productivity suite (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Demonstrated proficiency in job-specific functions
- Advanced level of SQL query languages & data visualizations
- Intermediate level of database management
- Ability to prioritize work and shift direction in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
