Department Description

The US Medical Affairs Digital Data & Tech team, plays a key role in the day-to-day coordination of communications tactics across all channels.  We orchestrate efforts on behalf of (and with the express approvals of) the TA to collaborate with internal and external GSK partners across digital strategy, technology, and field teams to execute the TA’s omnichannel communications plan.

Job Description

  • Help plan, track, coordinate, and support the execution of omnichannel communications campaigns.
  • Support the TA by creating and updating documentation, including campaign briefs, initiation forms, keyword lists, etc., in collaboration with the TA business owner and execution partners such as the campaign management team, congress tech partners, and DMD/AIM-XR.
  • Interact directly with all Digital and Tech groups, business owners/users, external product vendors, data vendors, and offshore support suppliers to build and maintain strong and effective relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current Bachelor’s student studying relevant subject (e.g. marketing, digital or technology), or related disciplines.
  • Keen interest in US Healthcare and Life Sciences.
  • Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication.
  • Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the 6-month assignment (January ~ June 2025).
  • Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passionate about enhancing how GSK interacts with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders
  • Possess a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop new skills and experiences
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and a track record of meeting deadlines

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to assignment target start date.

Benefits

  • While GSK embraces a flexible work environment, we do require certain positions to be onsite. Candidates who are hired for an on-site role or hybrid role, and reside outside of 50-miles from their assigned work location, are eligible for relocation stipend. This is a one-time payment to help offset housing & relocation expenses. Please refer to the position details for the requirements of each position.
