MSA Facility/Event Operations Intern 

Description 

We are looking for building interns to join our Michigan Sport Academies building team. Hours are dependent on school requirements. Candidates must have a passion for facility and event operations and be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in sports management, business administration, or event management. Our building internships provide opportunities for students to gain practical experience in facility and event operations while working alongside a team of experienced leaders in the field. 

Responsibilities 

Employee Scheduling/Management 

Communication with internal and external events 

Event set up and tear down 

League Management 

Facility Maintenance 

Administrative tasks/support 

Additional duties as required 

Requirements 

Customer Service Experience and/or Interest 

Self-motivated and hard-working individual  

Problem solver who excels in high-pressure or challenging scenarios 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Ability to work nights and weekends
